Process description of deodorizing equipment for foundry waste gas

覆膜砂鑄造過(guò)程為：融化-造型-下芯-澆注-后處理等工序，其中在澆注時(shí)產(chǎn)生***量水汽及樹(shù)脂，烏洛托品，硬脂酸鈣，煤粉，淀粉，孕育劑（錫）金屬合金，在高溫1400℃-1500℃下發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)分解的氨氣，乙酸酯，硫化氫，無(wú)量綱等揮發(fā)性臭味。

The casting process of coated sand is melting-moulding-core-setting-pouring-post-treatment process, in which a large amount of water vapor and resin, urotropine, calcium stearate, coal powder, starch, inoculant (tin) metal alloy are produced during pouring, and ammonia, acetate, hydrogen sulfide and dimensionless volatile odor are decomposed by chemical reaction at high temperature of 1400-1500 C.

Deodorization Equipment Technology for Waste Gas Treatment Project in Foundry

鑄造廢氣通過(guò)引風(fēng)機(jī)抽出，由引塵罩管道進(jìn)入除塵器設(shè)備再進(jìn)入光催化除臭設(shè)備內(nèi)，在高能紫外線照射下，使揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物（VOCs）化學(xué)鍵開(kāi)環(huán)和斷裂等多種反應(yīng)（光化學(xué)反應(yīng)），降解轉(zhuǎn)變成CO2，H2O等低分子化合物；

Foundry exhaust gas is pumped out by induced draft fan, and then enters into the deodorizer and photocatalytic deodorizer through the dust cover pipeline. Under high-energy ultraviolet irradiation, the chemical bonds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are opened and broken, and many other reactions (photochemistry reactions) are degraded into low molecular compounds such as CO 2 and H 2.

一方面利用高能紫外光照射空氣中的氧氣生成臭氧，臭氧吸收紫外線生成氧自由基和氧氣，氧自由基與空氣中的水蒸氣作用生成羥基自由基，一種更強(qiáng)的氧化劑，與醇、醛、羧酸等有機(jī)廢氣，徹底氧化為水、二氧化碳等無(wú)機(jī)物。

On the one hand, high-energy ultraviolet light irradiates oxygen in the air to produce ozone, ozone absorbs ultraviolet light to produce oxygen free radicals and oxygen, oxygen free radicals react with water vapor in the air to produce hydroxyl radicals, a stronger oxidant, with organic waste gases such as alcohols, aldehydes, carboxylic acids, and thoroughly oxidize to water, carbon dioxide and other inorganic substances.

另外，未吸收紫外線的臭氧也是一種強(qiáng)氧化劑，與一些有機(jī)廢物接觸后將其氧化生成水、二氧化碳等無(wú)機(jī)物。

In addition, ozone, which does not absorb ultraviolet rays, is also a strong oxidant, which oxidizes some organic wastes to water, carbon dioxide and other inorganic substances after contacting with them.

排放達(dá)標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：執(zhí)行《***氣污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB16297-1996)二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和《惡臭污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB14554-93)二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn).臭氣濃度低于：無(wú)量綱2000。

Emission standards: Implement the second-level standards of "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) and "Odor Pollutants Emission Standard" (GB14554-93). Odor concentration is lower than: dimensionless 2000.
